How can I contact a KCDC employee?
Unfortunately, KCDC communications are temporarily down. You will need to reach out in-person at the main, Section 8 or property office or through other non-KCDC email and phone numbers.

Can I still apply for KCDC or Section 8 Housing?
Yes, our application system, Yardi, is operating normally and applications are accepted as noted on this website.
What should I do during an after-hours emergency?
For after-hours emergencies, please call 865-329-6128.
I have an in-person recertification appointment. Should I keep it?
Yes, all appointments are happening as normal. Please come by the office at your assigned time.
