The Residences at Eastport

elderly

Within the Five Points neighborhood, The Residences at Eastport was designed around the historic Eastport School. Completed in 2011, five one-floor buildings make up this 85-unit complex. It is KCDC’s first housing property to be LEED-certified by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

Gated for security, seniors enjoy courtyards, benches and sitting areas for exercise and socializing. The Residences at Eastport shares access to The Residences at Five Points communal room, which offers some activities and serves lunch to those who qualify.
