I congratulate him for a well-earned promotion.”

Brown joined KCDC in 2015 as a senior accountant and was named financial director in 2022. His career in finance started in 2006 as an accountant.

“I believe in and understand the mission of KCDC and am grateful to have been a part of our efforts to create affordable housing opportunities and other initiatives that benefit Knoxville and Knox County as a whole,” Brown said. “I appreciate the trust that KCDC has in me, and I look forward to continuing to work with our partners to help meet the housing and development needs of our community.”

Randall earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Tennessee Technological University. He and his wife and daughter reside in the Knoxville area, and he enjoys being part of the local community.
