“We’re glad to have Nathaniel’s expertise back on our team,” said Ben Bentley, executive director and CEO of KCDC. “He will assist in shaping the housing phases of major initiatives, such as the Western Heights Choice Neighborhoods redevelopment, driving forward housing and community development throughout Knoxville.”
Estabrooks, who previously worked at KCDC from 2020-22, earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Tennessee in 2020. Before rejoining KCDC, he worked as a senior financial analyst at Baker Tilly Advisory Group, specializing in affordable housing transaction services.
