Notice of Public Hearing on the Magnolia Avenue and Chilhowee Park Redevelopment Plan

 

The purpose of the public hearing is to determine the necessity for the adoption of the Magnolia Avenue and Chilhowee Park Redevelopment Plan (“Plan”). A draft of the Plan along with a map of the area that would be subject to the Plan may be viewed by the public during normal business hours at KCDC’s office located at 901 N Broadway, Knoxville, TN 37917 or at the Urban Design and Development Office of the City of Knoxville at 400 Main Street. An electronic copy of the plan can be found on KCDC’s website under the Redevelopment section of the webpage.
