You are invited to a family-friendly block party to help shape the future of the former Public Safety Building site on Hill Avenue.

We are listening.

Your input will help guide the vision for this important downtown site. This is a chance to make your voice heard. There will be activities for children and adults, food trucks, and an opportunity for connection with community partners.

When:
Saturday, Sept. 12; 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
How:
Free parking and ADA parking at the event site; free overflow parking available at KCAC garages A and C; KAT bus, walk or bicycle (racks available)

A subsequent community meeting will be scheduled for fall 2026 to share the initial input gathered and ask, "Did we get it right?" with further opportunity for feedback.
