NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF PASSPORT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

The Board of Directors of Passport Development Corporation (the "Board") will hold a specially called meeting on September 22, 2010 at 4:00 p.m., at Knoxville's Community Development Corporation, 901 N. Broadway, Knoxville, Tennessee.  There will be considered at such meeting such business as may properly come before the Board including, but not limited to, the authorization to enter into documentation relating to the financing and construction of The Residences at Eastport, Phase II.  This Notice is published in compliance with Sections 8‑44‑101 to 8‑44‑106, inclusive, Tennessee Code Annotated.
