Neighboring Project is an innovative program that draws PROGRAM NEEDS.... on community resources to prepare residents in the KCDC public housing to meet their obligations for community volunteering and to become more actively engaged in their children’s learning experience. The weekly two-hour session is designed to empower parents, build confidence, and provide them with the tools to strengthen their family unit and community.
