Talk on the Terrace

Putting together this column each week has given me a newfound appreciation for the written word. With that in mind, I’d like to congratulate Kristie Toby, occupancy manager at Cagle Terrace, for her award-winning work on the “Talk on the Terrace” newsletter.
Each quarter, Kristie puts together a newsletter for Cagle Terrace residents. The newsletter recently won first place in a statewide contest among 16 public housing agencies. Kristie devotes much time and attention to the newsletter, and she certainly deserves the honor.

Each “Talk on the Terrace” is packed with interesting photos and includes a resident spotlight section that features an interview and photos of a special resident. Newsletters also highlight residents who provide special community service to Cagle Terrace and those who win housekeeping awards.
Kristie does an excellent job of putting together a first-rate publication. I appreciate her efforts, and I know the residents of Cagle Terrace do as well. Also, I heard that if you look at the most recent edition you might see a picture of a particular CEO in a grass skirt - not a very pretty sight!
