NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TOWNVIEW TOWERS AFFORDABLE HOUSING CORPORATION

            The Board of Directors of Townview Towers Affordable Housing Corporation (the "Board") will hold a specially called meeting on March 4, 2010 at 9:00 a.m., at Knoxville's Community Development Corporation, 901 N. Broadway, Knoxville, Tennessee.  There will be considered at such meeting such business as may properly come before the Board including, but not limited to, giving approval to (a) the Bylaws of Townview Towers Affordable Housing Corporation; and (b) the election of officers of Townview Towers Affordable Housing Corporation.  This Notice is published in compliance with Sections 8-44-101 to 8-44-106, inclusive, Tennessee Code Annotated.
