Knoxville's Community Development Corporation (KCDC) procures goods and services from qualified vendors. To register as a vendor with KCDC, a Vendor Application form must be completed on-line. Vendors must keep update their on-line registration when changes to their contact points or changes to the goods or services offered occur.

On-line registration provides KCDC with a database of vendors that can meet our needs for commodities and services. When a need arises, KCDC will post the solicitation document to its web page. It is the vendor’s responsibility to look at the web page periodically to determine if opportunities exist that may be of interest. While KCDC may attempt to send an email or fax notice of opportunities, these are only a courtesy. KCDC’s responsibility is to post the solicitation. Ultimately, it is the vendor’s responsibility to check for opportunities by going to KCDC’s web page.

KCDC vendors interested in providing supplies and services are encouraged to download and view KCDC Vendor's Guide. This will provide the vendor with information about how KCDC performs its business.
